Terms & Conditions
Welcome to www.zillionperformance.com (the "Website"). This Website is operated by Zillion (China) Motor Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "Seller"), trading under the trademark and brand name Zillion Performance™.
By accessing or using this Website to make a purchase, you (the "Buyer" or "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Definitions
"Buyer" means the individual or entity who accepts a quotation of goods from the Seller or whose order for goods is accepted by the Seller.
"Goods" means the automotive parts, tuning components, or related products (including any installment of the goods or any parts for them) which the Seller is to supply in accordance with these Conditions.
"Special Orders" means Goods that are not held in our regular stock and are specifically ordered from suppliers or manufacturers (backordered), or custom-made for the Buyer.
2. Basis of the Sale
2.1 The Seller shall sell and the Buyer shall purchase the Goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, which shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.
2.2 Product images, descriptions, and specifications on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contract. Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE). The Seller reserves the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors without liability.
3. Orders and Specifications
3.1 By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer makes an offer to purchase the Goods. A contract is only formed when we send an "Order Confirmation" email or when the Goods are dispatched to the Buyer.
3.2 The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.
3.3 VIN Verification Responsibility: It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure the Goods ordered are correct for their vehicle. We highly recommend providing the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) during checkout for verification. The Seller accepts no liability for incorrect fitment if the Buyer fails to provide a VIN or provides an incorrect one.
4. Price and Payment
4.1 All transactions on this Website are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
4.2 Prices shown at checkout exclude shipping costs, insurance, and any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the Buyer's destination country. All such additional charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
4.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery
5.1 Any delivery dates or lead times quoted on the Website are estimates only. While the Seller will use reasonable endeavors to deliver on time, we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused (e.g., courier delays, manufacturer backorders).
5.2 If an order contains both in-stock and backordered Goods, the Seller reserves the right to split the shipment (which may incur additional shipping charges) or hold the order until all items are available for a single shipment.
5.3 If the Buyer refuses delivery or fails to provide a correct delivery address, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer for any return shipping and storage fees incurred.
6. Risk and Property
6.1 Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier (courier) or upon collection by the Buyer at our physical store.
6.2 Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods, the legal and beneficial title (ownership) of the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Seller has received payment in full.
7. Inspection, Returns, and Cancellations
7.1 Inspection and Damage Claims: The Buyer must inspect the Goods within 48 hours of receipt. Any shortages or damages sustained in transit must be reported to us in writing (with clear photographic evidence) within this 48-hour period. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted, and the Company will bear no responsibility.
7.2 Standard Returns: For standard, in-stock items, the Buyer may request a return within 14 days of receiving the Goods. The returned Goods must be unused, never installed, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
7.3 Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee calculated based on the total value of the returned Goods. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
7.4 Non-Returnable and Non-Cancellable Items: To protect the integrity of our products, the following items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed, and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped: Special Orders; Electrical Parts including but not limited to ECUs, sensors, wiring harnesses, etc. Once the packaging is opened, electrical parts are strictly non-returnable; and Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged due to improper handling.
8. Warranties and Liability
8.1 Manufacturer Warranty: Warranties on Goods sold by the Seller are provided solely by the original Manufacturer. Zillion Performance acts only as a facilitator for these warranties and provides no additional express or implied warranties. We will assist the Buyer in submitting a warranty claim according to the Manufacturer's procedures, but the final decision rests with the Manufacturer.
8.2 Professional Installation Requirement: All high-performance tuning parts must be installed by a qualified, professional automotive technician/workshop. Any damage or failure resulting from DIY installation, improper installation, misuse, track use (unless explicitly permitted by the manufacturer), or unauthorized modifications will immediately void any warranty and the Company shall be held harmless.
8.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profit, towing fees, labor costs for installation/removal, rental car fees, or engine damage) arising out of the use of this Website or the Goods purchased. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the actual purchase price paid by the Buyer for the disputed Goods.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, government actions, logistics network failures, or supplier delays.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
10.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or transactions on this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Q1:我下單後,大約多久會收到我的零件?
我們知道您迫不及待想升級愛車!網站上標示的交貨時間為預估時間,我們會盡全力以最快速度包裝出貨。
不過全球物流有時會遇到我們無法控制的狀況,例如海關延誤或原廠缺貨。如遇延遲,還請您多多包涵。
Q2:我的訂單裡有現貨,也有需要向原廠訂購的期貨,會怎麼發貨?
為了讓您能盡早開始改裝,如果您的訂單包含現貨與預訂商品,我們在後台有權選擇分批發貨,或等所有零件到齊後一併發貨。
如果安排分批發貨,可能會產生額外運費。若您有特別急用的零件,歡迎聯絡客服為您特別安排。
Q3:如果快遞送貨時我剛好不在家,會怎麼樣?
請務必確保您填寫的收件地址與聯絡電話正確無誤。
如果因為無人收件、地址錯誤、拒收或多次派送失敗,導致包裹被退回 Zillion 倉庫,我們將需要向您收取退件運費及倉儲費用。

退換貨政策
有關到貨損毀、買錯零件退貨,以及不可取消或不可退換的商品種類。
Q1:收到包裹時,發現箱子破了或是零件少了,該怎麼辦?
遇到這種情況別慌,但請務必跟時間賽跑。為了保障您的權益,請在簽收包裹後 48 小時內拍下外箱、內部包材與受損零件的清晰照片,並連同訂單編號 Email 給我們。
為了釐清物流責任,若超過 48 小時才申報,我們將無法為您處理賠償或補發。請一定要盡早開箱檢查。
Q2:我買錯零件了,可以申請退貨嗎?
對於常規現貨商品,只要在收到貨後 14 天內提出申請,並符合下列條件,即可申請退貨。
- 零件從未被安裝或試裝。
- 零件保持全新狀態,沒有油污、刮痕或使用痕跡。
- 保留完整原廠包裝、標籤及所有配件。
Q3:有哪些零件是絕對不能退換或不能取消的?
有。為了確保每位客人收到的都是全新、安全的零件,以下商品一經確認下單即不可取消,出貨後亦不接受退換。
- 特殊訂單:特別為您向原廠或海外供應商訂購、期貨或客製化的零件。
- 電子 / 電氣零件:例如 ECU、感應器、線束等,一經拆封即不可退換。
- 已安裝、通電、沾染油品,或因非專業安裝而造成損壞的零件。
